Individual therapy

Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to examine their symptoms while integrating evidence-based approaches, such as CBT, DBT-informed, and ERP modalities. Typically, meetings are twice a week, weekly or bi-weekly.

A hybrid of online and in-person, this is designated for children and adolescents to identify cognitive ability, academic aptitude, and social-emotional functioning. Assessments can identify giftedness, executive functioning, ADHD, learning differences, autism spectrum disorder, and symptoms of anxiety and depression. Diagnostic assessments can also be used to request a 504 Plan, and can help facilitate an Individualized Education Plan (IEP). Sessions include a 90-minute parent intake, interviews with schools and other providers, school observation, 3-4 in-person sessions, an analysis of the information, a written report, and a final session with parents to provide neurocognitive and clinical findings with recommendations.

Special Education and School Support Navigation

Online and in-person, this is designated for parents of children having trouble in the school environment who may need additional support. This service can be added upon the completion of a Neuropsychological Evaluation, or can support a Psychoeducation Evaluation completed by your child’s school as part of the request for an Individualized Education Plan. This service does not include advocacy, but does include interpreting the already completed report and providing appropriate recommendations requested by the school district or in the community. This includes full interpretation of a report, and recommendations. This service is not part of the Independent Education Evaluation (IEE), and an IEE needs to be pre-approved by your district.
